2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

  • 50% advance payment is required to initiate the order.
  • All products and their combinations (‘Products’) listed for sale on the Gifties website are offered at competitive prices. The prices displayed at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of delivery. However, prices of most products may fluctuate periodically, and while Gifties makes all reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The prices prevailing at the time of delivery will be considered final. Any additional charges or refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the time of delivery.
  • The sale of Products listed on the Website is subject to availability. If a product you have chosen cannot be supplied due to circumstances beyond our control, Gifties will suggest a similar product of the same value as an alternative. You may choose to accept the alternative or cancel your order. By placing an order, you agree to waive any claims against Gifties in such situations.
  • We strive to display all Products as accurately as possible on the Website. However, actual images and colours may vary depending on your monitor or gadget screen settings, and Gifties cannot guarantee exact color representation.
  • Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order. By ordering, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale specified in the product descriptions.
  • Orders may be cancelled subject to applicable cancellation terms. Gifties reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of breach of terms or detection of fraudulent transactions.

  • Gifties is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the value of the product in question.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana only.
