  • Gifties is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  •  It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • We ship all orders through trusted and registered courier partners registered within India only to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

  •  In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Gifties for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

  •  Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days and may affect standard delivery timelines.
